Barred Owl
Barred Owls are known for their distinct hooting calls. Their vocalizations often include a series of hoots, commonly described as “Who cooks for you, who cooks for you all!” These calls are used for communication and can be heard throughout their forested wetland habitats, especially during the breeding season.
The two owls that you see here have impaired vision.
