Florida Kingsnake
Florida Kingsnakes display a range of colors from brown to yellow and have yellowish crossbands along their back and a chain-like pattern running along their sides.
Snakes primarily defend themselves by fleeing, but when cornered or harmed, they may resort to biting. Additionally, some snakes may emit a foul-smelling musk or defecate when threatened. The Florida kingsnake will usually flee when threatened but when cornered may strike, musk, or rapidly vibrate the tip of the tail.
Our mission to rescue and rehabilitate sick and injured animals is supported by your donations.
